How do I place an order?
Add items to your basket and check out on this site. You can also send your order to us on WhatsApp and we will confirm it with you.

How can I pay?
You can pay with M-Pesa at checkout.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Nairobi. Your delivery fee is shown at checkout once you enter your address.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery timing depends on your area. Ask us on WhatsApp if you need your order by a certain day and we will tell you what is possible.

Gifts

Can I send a gift to someone else?
Yes. Add their name, phone number and address at checkout.

Can you add a gift note?
Yes, gift notes are available on request. Add your message in the order notes or send it to us on WhatsApp.

What is in the pantry gift box?
A selection from our shelves, usually a spice blend, a jar and a bottle. Contents can change, so ask us for the current selection.

Cafés and larger orders

Do you take orders for cafés?
We are happy to discuss larger or regular orders. Message us with the items and quantities you need.

Storage and ingredients

How should I store my ingredients?
Keep spices, flours and honey sealed in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate sauces and chutneys after opening.

Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?
Each product label lists its ingredients. If you have an allergy or a question, ask us before you order.
